Drop is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that
the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and
is not harmful to the baby.
Avoid prolonged use of Cefolac Drop, since it may have possible effects such as rash and diarrhea.
Cefolac Drop does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Cefolac
Drop should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose
adjustment of Cefolac Drop may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Cefolac Drop is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Cefolac Drop is recommended.
However, consult with your child’s doctor before giving this medicine to your child in case of a severe form of liver disease.
