- Dimethicone is an antiflatulent which helps in releasing the gas
- Magnesium hydroxide is a laxative that increases water in the intestine and reduces stomach acid
- It is also sugar-free and is generally well tolerated
- For immediate effect, consume 1-2 teaspoonful of Gelusil liquid after meals
- The liquid bottles also come with a 10 ml measuring cap for precise dosage
