For prolonged use and repeated doses of Phenergan Syrup, observe the baby for excessive sleepiness.

Syrup may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel
sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

data available suggests that dose adjustment of Phenergan Syrup may not
be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
However, caution is advised in patients with severe kidney disease as it may cause excessive sleepiness in them.
