alcohol while taking Zonamax ES 1000 mg/500 mg Injection may cause
symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest
pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction).

ES 1000 mg/500 mg Injection is generally considered safe to use during
pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the
developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

ES 1000 mg/500 mg Injection is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human
studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a
significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that
affect your ability to concentrate and react.
